Please note that Misty foliage may have a temporary chemical odour due to the preservation process. This is normal and does not affect quality. Please consider carefully before ordering, as we do not offer refunds for this reason.

Preserved flowers are delicate, and should be handled with care. Please follow these care instructions:
- Do not water – preserved flowers do not require water. Adding water or spraying perfume may damage them.
- Keep in a dry environment – avoid placing them in areas with high humidity.
- Avoid direct sunlight – prolonged exposure may cause fading or discoloration.
- Cleaning – if dusty, gently blow with a hair dryer on a cool setting from a moderate distance.
- Chemical scent – a odour is normal, as the flowers have undergone preservation treatment.
