Shipping policy
All orders are processed within Monday to Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Floral Forest offers click & collect and flat-rate Australia-wide delivery through our courier partners. Delivery is stated in business days, and orders that placed before 11 AM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
The postage charge will depend on the order amount (before GST is charged) with postage calculated at the checkout page. WA, TAS & NT have different rates.

Estimated Delivery Time From Sydney
Usually, your delivery will take 1 – 3 business days for same NSW, 3-6 business days for interstates, but sometimes it will take longer due to factors out of control.
To help you plan your orders, we’ve provided a general guide to estimated shipping times from our Sydney warehouse to major areas across Australia. We ship using trusted couriers including Aramex and Direct Freight Express, depending on the order size and delivery postcode.
Please note that delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date and may vary for regional or remote areas. Deliveries may take longer during peak periods and public holidays, such as Black Friday and Christmas. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays, especially during busy seasons.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 180 George St Concord West NSW. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within Monday to Saturday. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-3:30pm on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Parcel Missing, Delayed, or Damaged
We partner with trusted courier services (Direct Freight, Australian Post or Aramex) to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. Once the parcel leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the selected courier service.
We regret to inform you that we do not assume responsibility for any parcels that are missing, delayed, or damaged during transit by the courier. Issues related to the parcel's handling, delivery speed, or condition are subject to the courier's terms and conditions.
In the event of a missing, delayed, or damaged parcel, customers are advised to follow the claims process outlined by the courier company. We will provide necessary order details and support to facilitate this process but does not directly manage claims on behalf of customers.
Any additional charges incurred due to address inaccuracies or changes after dispatch will be the customer’s responsibility. Customers must provide a safe and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from parcels delivered to unattended or unsafe locations.
Unattended Delivery (Authority to Leave)
If a parcel is delivered and left at the address according to courier tracking and proof of delivery, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. We are not liable for loss or theft after confirmed delivery. If you require a signature on delivery or a secure drop-off location, please request this when placing your order.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the checkout process. Any additional charges incurred due to address inaccuracies or changes after dispatch will be the customer's responsibility. Please DO NOT provide PO box address.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@floralforest.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
