We recommend placing the foliage in a well-ventilated or open-air area to allow the odour to gradually dissipate. Please consider this carefully before ordering, as we do not offer refunds due to the odour of preserved eucalyptus.

Preserved flowers are delicate, and should be handled with care. Please follow these care instructions:
- Do not water – preserved flowers do not require water. Adding water or spraying perfume may damage them.
- Keep in a dry environment – avoid placing them in areas with high humidity.
- Avoid direct sunlight – prolonged exposure may cause fading or discoloration.
- Cleaning – if dusty, gently blow with a hair dryer on a cool setting from a moderate distance.
- Chemical scent – a odour is normal, as the flowers have undergone preservation treatment.
