The stems are naturally delicate and some shedding may occur during handling, unpacking and transportation. Please handle with care. This product cannot be purchased or sent to Tasmania (TAS) due to state biosecurity restrictions.

Preserved flowers are delicate, and should be handled with care. Please follow these care instructions:
- Do not water – preserved flowers do not require water. Adding water or spraying perfume may damage them.
- Keep in a dry environment – avoid placing them in areas with high humidity.
- Avoid direct sunlight – prolonged exposure may cause fading or discoloration.
- Cleaning – if dusty, gently blow with a hair dryer on a cool setting from a moderate distance.
- Chemical scent – a odour is normal, as the flowers have undergone preservation treatment.
