As a natural product, variations in colour, plume size, fullness and stem length are to be expected. Some shedding may occur during handling, unpacking and transportation. The purchase of pampas grass is prohibited in NSW, TAS and WA. Customers residing in these regions are not eligible to purchase this product.

  • Do not water – preserved flowers do not require water. Adding water or spraying perfume may damage them.
  • Keep in a dry environment – avoid placing them in areas with high humidity.
  • Avoid direct sunlight – prolonged exposure may cause fading or discoloration.
  • Cleaning – if dusty, gently blow with a hair dryer on a cool setting from a moderate distance.
  • Chemical scent – a odour is normal, as the flowers have undergone preservation treatment.
